Cleartrip - Harassing me by not refunding my money

I had booked flight ticket with CLEARTRIP for Spice Jet routing BOM-IXE (Mumbai-Mangalore) for **th June **,
But due to Covid ** lockdown it got cancelled automatically. And even PM Narendra Modi have appealed to refund full money during this pandemic time.
As there is no medium to talk to them I had to mail them. And they started playing with me. I asked them to credit my money but they are talking about Credit Shell which is also of amount **** which is really not acceptable..why should I loose my money due to this pandemic? And everytime I mailed them to repay my amount they kept forwarding me the same emails again and again stating about Credit Shell. Then I took support with the airline and they accepted to refund me the whole amount of
***** INR and I showed Cleartrip the mail from the airline. And till date they are just copy pasting me the same emails stating that they have forwarded the matter to concerned dept and am really pissed off with this. Inspite of telling them that I need those Money urgently as my dad expired on **th sep ** but I got no proper response from the Cleartrip. And it's almost * months that the ticket have been cancelled from their end and yet no refund I have received. Am in total loss due to all the rituals of funeral and I need my money urgently . Please get me my money back
