Make My Trip - Harassed by the company

I made a booking through MakeMyTrip for two adults and one child to Hotel Malas, Panchgani for one night on *th April ****. On arrival, I was harassed by the front office receptionist by saying that I did not provide the correct age of my child and hence have to make payments of Rs *** extra. I strongly disagreed as I filled the online booking form myself and they couldn't provide me with any pieces of evidence supporting their point. I decided to call make my trip customer care and they advised me to pay the hotel Rs *** which 'make my trip' would refund me later into my account. I agreed and paid the full amount. Based on the discussion a link was sent to me where I provided the details of my card. Afterwards, I received a call from the number ********** who claimed to make my trip executive and asked me to resubmit the form along with CVV number and opt for the refund which I shared. After that, I was shocked to see that INR ***** was debited from my account. To my greatest shock, how can the make my trip executive knew every detail
of mine including the exact amount to be refunded to me. It seemed to be a fraudulent transaction through which they syphoned my hard earned money. It is highly surprising to me that details were shared only to MakeMyTrip executive (as per message received the transaction was MMT assured) and how it had been passed on to cyber frauds for making this kind of fraud activity. I have already lodged a complaint
with cybercrime. Request if anybody can help me to get my money back. Thanking you in anticipation.
