I took up a yearly membership with CULT Fit @ Kings Fitness Bandlaguda. I too up that membership as the Gym was close by to where I stay .Couple of months into my membership, there was some disagreement between Kings Fitness and CULT and the partnership broke off ..Now Kings Fitness is not allowing me to use the Gym and asking me to take up a new membership with them. When I initially contacted CULT they assured me that I would be allowed to awail of the gym services at kings fitness until my membership expires , however kings fitness do not agree to this arrangement and they are asking me to pay . I am stuck now with no support from CULT..when i rasie queries with them on the App , they are closed as resolved with no resolution..i am not even able to view how the tickets are resolved as i am not able to view their responses..i get an error..i raised multiple tickets with the to call me and discuss, however no one cares to call me and the tickets are closed as resolved...i need a resolution asap
* Either refund my amount
* Instruct kings fitness to allow me to use the gym services until the pakage expires ..
I cant go tk another cult dit gym and there are no gyms close by
Need some resolution asap please
