I bought couple of Croma vouchers worth **k each on July **th through HDFC Smartbuy/Gyftr platform. While I was trying to redeem that on August **th, one succeeded and other one showed up as consumed. Upon checking with Gyftr support they informed me that the voucher was consumed on July **th and below is their communication.
"According to our records, your voucher was used on July **, ****, at Ahmedabad-Makarba location. The bill number for this transaction is RT***************.
If you have any consumption disputes, you may get in touch with cyber cell team. "
They did not answer any questions I put forward to understand how secured their process is.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
