Gyftr - Refund not comes

Hi I am kuldeep singh kunwar I purchased one voucher of healthians voucher value of Rs **** on *nd april i pay for this voucher amount of rs ****.** After purchased voucher I cancelled the voucher in GYFTR website shows if u cancelled *% amount deducted and after deduction amount credited to your source account. But the amount is not credited to my account. And in your website my transaction section shows voucher cancelled and refund failed earlier they shows refund in progress. When I got my refund after your *% percent Deduction. I hope Gyftr senior team take speedy action to solve this issue and refund my money, today is **th of April till date my refunds not credited.
I request refund for *nd april today is ** th april till date my refund not process, when I get my refund. Every time when I e-mail, or in whatsapp chat only one reply comes concern team working on it, is it refund process is very complicated. I hope concern team take speedy action and process my refund fast.
