Rudrajit Samui filed complaint against Gyftr on Apr 15, 2023
I bought a Myntra voucher which costed me Rs ***.* from HDFC credit card and Rs ** e-pay GyFTR balance on *st April,****.The amount was debited but there was a message that the transaction was unsuccessful.I called the call centre repeated times.They said that I will get the refund within *-* working days.It has been ** working days till date but I still have not got a refund.Please take reactions ASAP.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
