I have purchased * Air India vouchers from the Amex Gyftr website. One for Rs.**** and another for Rs.****. I have recieved the Rs.**** voucher almost immediately after payment, but I still haven't received the Rs.**** voucher even after ** hours. This is unacceptable as all online vouchers purchased will reach us in minutes. On top of that I have sent multiple mails to no avail. Their chatbot is not at all useful, nor is their phone based automated answering machine. There is no human interaction anywhere. Also, I have again recieved a mail yesterday to wait ** hours . This is unacceptable.
