Gyftr - Gyftr done fraud with voucher

Deepak Chopra filed complaint against Gyftr on May 1, 2024

I have purchased HP PAY vouchers of Rs***** on **st march ** from GYFTR.it was surprising to me it is having validity of same day ** march.

First of all how a voucher can be valid for same day of purchase when website is showing every GYftr voucher is valid for min * months to ** months
Secondly i tried to use all vouchers on same day but HP PAY app only allowed to use **** vouchers on * day.
Please help as Gyftr is not giving any positive response and there is impossible to talk to there customer care and no escalation matrix is given on website.
