Even after * times requesting they are sending only payment receipts. Neither the hotel nor Oyo is sending me Gst Invoice. Further, the hotel is asking me to come down again to their place to collect invoice.
As per GST act and rules, no GST registered entity can deny for providing gstin tax invoice specifying customer gstin no. Oyo is only providing me with the payment receipt which is of no use to me since the same cannot be used for taking GST credit. While checking out the hotel associated with Oyo said the Oyo rooms will provide the invoice. It is a complete case of violation of GST law.
I need the original hard copy of tax Invoice copy so that credit can be availed by my organization.
