Shubham Raj filed complaint against Samsung on May 20, 2025
I purchased new Samsung M** phone from samung website. When I noticed issue I contacted online support team but they didnot registered my complaint and start doing delaying. Later they register but start saying me to visit sertvice centre and closed my complaint. I visited service centre and person said yes there is issue but he suddenly decline report and my replacement was also cancelled my online team. Then I sended all proof which can proof but instead they say you wrong and also after doing **-** emails and waiting for *-* weeks they call single time.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
