Hi All
I got my new royal enfield and there was a sound coming from chain, After that I visited sukhmani auto mobiles for complain they told that we will give chain spray and it will be covered, I told them to do but the problem gets solved for * to * days only after that again visited there they do the same they repeated this for almost I visited there, After three moths they are telling me that you have to change the hole chain and chain spocet, I told them that it was from the starting and it is manufacture problem, So they replied that we cant do any thing chain is not under the warranty,
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
