Realme - Got defective piece of realme C2

I purchased realme C* approx *.* months back. Within one month it starts hanging.Touch is also not working properly.I asked a service centre to replace the piece but they was saying that first we have to reset the phone and apply the software after that we can do anything.After doing all these the phone worked properly for * days then from *th day it start hanging and same touch problem was there.Within * days I went again to service centre saying that now replace my piece but now they was saying that we will change the touch only we will not replace it.
Because according to our company rules you can replace it within one week.
They also agreed to fact that piece I got is defective but they are saying that we will not replace it.So please solve my complaint and help me to get the piece replaced.
I live in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra and nearest service centre to me is in Kalyan, Maharashtra.
