Somesh Saran filed complaint against Oyo on May 1, 2019
I have done * room booking with Oyo (Oyo ***** hotel Anupama) on ** April and prepaid them tariff of room for * night stays for the check-in date of **/**/**** and check-out date **/**/****. Without any prior information on the check-in date, they have shifted me to a low category hotel ( Oyo ***** The new hill retreat). When I denied to check-in and asked for refunds (as they have done breach of agreement) no one had replied me appropriately. At last one of their customer executive confirmed me to refund my day tariff without any deductions additionally with inconvenience charges back to me. But now on connecting with them on customer care, they have just refunded me only **** rupee. How this amount can be matched to my day tariff i.e half of **,*** rupees plus the inconvenience my family have faced. Kindly help me out.
