Sony - Got a defective television from sony it s in warranty

I got a defective tv from brand song I purchased from Amazon my tv is under warranty and I facing problems now display not working line comming , tv is switching off in middle , I complaint on **th of August they have not given any resolution till now technician visited on ** August and told that panel need to be changed and I will get call from service center soon but it has been ** days no one called me nor brand neither sony , by calling sony directly they are also not providing solution . So I stopped calling the sony and started calling Amazon I have called ** times Amazon for this and they always escalate there problem to higher authorities and taking * days time always and like this both of them ** days like this , as of talking today to Amazon they told me that sony sent them message that my query solved on **th August , they are claiming fake that it has been solved no response from brand side after ** August , my problem is not solved yet , I want my tv refund or replacement because I cannot believe them now
