Had the worst experience with Porter movers and packers. They were completely unprofessional, objecting on every small item to be picked. They completely damaged my bookshelf. The bookshelf was wall mounted, but they kept it straight while loading, without any support. It fell and broke completely. Instead of taking responsibility, they said it's caused by wind and it's not their fault. Porter help/support didn't offer any compensation. Instead they said, we can't provide you any compensation as "the goods were not damaged intentionally by their partner". They asked me to give a positive review saying that they will come the next day and fix it as one of them was a carpenter. But when I raised this to porter support for resolution, they said that no such conversation happened, blatantly lying to what was discussed. Apart from this, their work was terrible. They didn't even empty the wardrobes, kitchen storage and we had to do them ourselves after them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
