Ajio - Gold order cancelled when gold rate went up

I had ordered * gold vedhani from Ajio from PN Gadgil seller on **th December and paid around ****** rupees for it. It was supposed to be delivered by *th January. There was no progress on the order for weeks despite raising complaints through their call, email, twitter customer care. In the meantime the gold rates kept increasing and eventually when gold reached ***k they cancelled the order and denied any compensation or replacement.
I now have credit card bill to pay and the refund they will give in * days will end up becoming extra credit of *.**L in my credit card account.
I have faced financial loss and mental harassment due to this. I will be taking legal action to get compensation for this.
