I am bringing your kind attention on my pending refund for a ticket that was booked with Goibibo.com, now almost a year back.

Name of the Passenger: Ajay Kumar
Chicago to London flight No. BA**** departing March **th **:** and arriving London on March **th **:**, operated by American Airlines
London to Bengaluru flight No. BA*** departing March **th **.** and arriving Bangalore on March **th **:**, operated by British Airways
Due to the travel restriction imposed on visitors travelling to India, the passenger was not allowed to board this flight.
I have confirmation from British Airways on **/**/**** that amount of USD ***.** related to this flight cancellation has been fully refunded to Goibibo, under reference number **********.
In spite of various reminders, I have still not received my refund back.
Request you to kindly look at this matter as the travel agent Goibibo is not responding to any of my communication.
