Goibbo - GoIbibo not refunding cancelled flight

I have booked a international flight ticket for *-May-**, from HYD to DALLS. But flight is cancelled due to pandemic by airlines (Emirates).
On Sep-** they told by twitter that, refund will be done in *- ** days
Still waiting for refund.
