Goibbo - Goibibo Goibibo deliberately issuing a Credit Voucher instead of cash refund
Vikash Agarwal filed complaint against Goibbo on May 31, 2020
I have written confirmation from AirAsia regarding process of the full refund (cash) against my PNR Z*K**Q in Goibibo's account. I have also explicitly confirmed with Airlines, that the refund is in the form of Cash not any Credit Shell/Vouchers. AisAsia has very categorically said that they are not issuing any credit shell/voucher in agency's account.
The refund was processed on **-May-****.
Now what GOIBOBO is doing is that they are deliberately converting the amount into credit vouchers of their own website.
