I have booked flight from Hyderabad to Thailand and Bangkok to Hyderabad for the month of April in Air Asia. But due to Covid ** threat I have been contacting Goibbo several times for cancellation or reschedule and ll their IVR are busy ****. After waiting for ** mins somehow I raised a complain for it.But it's been more than *days I am not hearing anything from them. Who will be responsible if I take the flight and get effected? Is it AirAsia or goibbo?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
