I booked my Gofirst flight on **th May (QB*ITG), of which Rs.**** refund was needed to come. I asked gofirst about it, and they told me that they have already processed a refund to these guys and they should have informed the customer about the NCLT form - & should have provided Username & password which you haven't given me yet. I mailed them on *nd August after speaking to them on call regarding the details and on the call they mentioned that they will reply within ** hours and the customer care guy knew nothing about the gofirst flight. I didn't get any reply so started calling them again but I was not able to connect. Maybe they have. Blocked me. I mailed them again on **nd August and requested them not to steal my money as I am going through very tough phase but they didn't reply nor I'm able to connect on call.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
