I have used the lock fare feature at Goibibo. I have had Rs. **** gocash. Once I used the lock fare feature, all my go cash was used. When I went ahead to pay the locked fare, I was asked to pay the entire amount instead of deducting the gocash I already have. Total amount was Rs. *****. I had gocash worth Rs. ****. The amount should have been Rs. ***** but as you can see from the screenshot , I was asked to pay the entire amount. No response from Goibibo for this bug in their website.
