Flight got cancelled but they are providing only option to call for refund/reschedule and couldn't reach none of the numbers provided. This is the message "If you wish to avail the option of a FULL REFUND or a flight for the same sector on the previous day, same day or next day at no extra charge (subject to availability), we request you to call us on **** **** ***/*** ********, up to * hours prior to departure."
I tried rebooking but again that flight too from GoAir got cancelled and still awaiting refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
