Easemytrip - Gift card used by unknown

hello,i buyed my gift card ** jan **,but when i used the gift card,its shown invalid,from ** jan ** to till now(** mar **) iam sending mails to easemytrip,but no resolution from their side,yesterday(** mar **) i got mail from them that gift card already used on this Booking id:---EMT******** . how it is possible?i didnt even used that,gift card no known to only me and to the customer support team,some one used the gift card,its a fraud...no one is helpfull in easemytrip.please consult to that person who used the gift card and refund my money
