After cancellation my air ticket PNR-RIQMRE dated **.**.** from Chennai to Kolkata due to non-operational of Kolkata airport and corona issue they are not refunding me the full amount and not responding my mail. The ticket has been booked through www.makemytrip.com and the booking ID is- NF**************.
