Urban Company - Full Refund not received

I booked service for cleaning of my * bathrooms for Friday morning * am. When I open the app on Friday morning they have reschedule it to saturday morning * am on their own without any information. And on Saturday, I waited for the professional for one and half hour but he did not arrived. They again reschedule it for Sunday * am morning with other profesaional. I did not want the service on Sunday as we have planned. So I tried to cancel the service but they deduced ***/- from my paid money as ithey said it has been already rescheduled . The rescheduled which I did not intended. So I want my full refund. Please help.
