Byjus - Full refund not processed

I had registered for Byjus learning on **/*/** and paid Rs **,*** in full for UKG class
But before completion of trial period of ** days,I had opted out.
At the time of admission, their representative said that material will be collected from home and full refund of fees will be given.
Now after repeated complaints at customer service, they had deducted Rs **,*** and refunded Rs **,*** but not refunded full fees.
Now they are not responding even after writing repeated mails and contacting them.
Byjus has also deducted full fees at the time of admission stating that it will be converted into EMI.
They are providing false information to customers at the time of admission and customer service is very poor.
Kindly help me in resolving the issue.
