Our flight to a particular island destination was cancelled by Alliance Air on April **, ****. As it was the only airline flying to that island, we had to cancel our trip. However the. airline assured us a FULL refund for both the onward and return journey.
However, Ease My Trip where we had booked the tickets only issued a Partial Refund. After innumerable calls and mails they are still unhelpful.
Worst service ever!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
