Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Full refund for my airline ticket cancellation

I am writing this message to inform you about non refund of my full amount by MakeMyTrip upon cancellation of my airline ticket.

I had my flight from Delhi to Toronto on **/**/**** at **.** midnight. I reached the airport at about *.**PM to board my my flight. At the boarding pass counter, there was some technical issue as the staff was not able to scan my Canadian Visa due to which they took my passport to another help desk to verify my document. One of the lady staff from Air Canada called to Canada to enquire about my Visa to and upon inquiry she stated that my Visa got deactivated due to log stay in India. She advised me to visit the Canadian embassy to activate the Visa to fly again. She gave a document also and assured me that the full amount of my ticket will be refunded by MakeMyTrip as there was no fault from my end. It was very embarrassing and disappointing moment for me to return home with all my luggage. Anyhow I gathered all my courage and called my wife and told her about the incident and came home at the dead of night.

Next day, I called MakeMyTrip trip customer care number and informed about the incident and shared the same document with with the provided by the airline. I explained everything to the Executive Mr. Anirban over the call and after listening he assured me that full refund will be paid by MakeMyTrip trip as there was no fault from my end.

Since then a team of Executives and Managers from MakeMyTrip started writing me emails to prove that it was my mistake and full refund will not be made by them. In their email, the reason was given"NO
SHOW" and this is why full refund is not possible. Almost *-* different executive wrote me different emails. Some of them called me and asked to either write or call the airline directly to claim for the full refund. Why should I call or write to the airline. They did not sell me ticket. I used MakeMyTrip platform to make booking so MakeMyTrip trip is responsible for my refund.

Everyday different person either writes me an email or call to prove me wrong. Looking at their email shooting pattern, it seems as it was a kind of police raid at my residence and they are looking for something illegal stuff to find faults in my ticket booking.

After several reminders email and messages to MakeMyTrip for full refund, the result is zero. Now you are my last hope for justice. I request you to help me getting my full refund as I am already traumatized because of flight cancellations and my feelings are beyond expression.
