Samsung - Frustrated Service Request Number

Last month I have purchased

SAMSUNG *.* Ton * Star
Split Inverter AC - White
Warranty: * Year Comprehensive Warranty on
Product, * Year on PCB, * Year on Condenser

On **th of June it was faulty.
On **th June part is ordered.
Service Request Number:**********.

I am still waiting for a part replacement. Service center guy is saying there is no part available right now and there is no guarantee that part will be available.
Please prioritize the case and replace the part else replace the unit.

I am very much frustrated and cant bear anymore.
