Recently shifted to Guwahati, Assam purchased a refrigerator on **th July **** delivered on **th July ****. so, the complain lodging started from **th July **** just in a day excess ice, no cooling called the dealer Great Eastern - Guwahati send the demo person I told him I don't need the demo but solution to this. By mistake from his mouth it was said that there might be a problem in the compressor but didn't confirm as he was not the technician. Further, he added that the technician will come to see it tomorrow. I agreed! Next day the technician came said to change the chiller tray done but still the problem is not solve the other technician coming and saying to close the fridge at night and on it in the morning. Funny right still, next saw a spark the genius people asking me to do a video to proof it! Physically touched me and coming drunk at my place please help me to get rid of this Fridge and company!! No safety for me. Please initiate the refund and pick up of the same. No service person please as they are not safe and I have been pushed by one of his service engineer.
