Nobroker com - Fraudulent agreement and deposit amount not received

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing matter regarding the flat no. B*/*** in Shiv Safalaya Society, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai, which we rented through No broker in April **** and subsequently vacated in January ****.
Despite our readiness to handle necessary painting and maintenance costs, the NoBroker team is withholding our deposit of Rs. **,***. They claim deductions of Rs. **,*** for painting and other charges, even though we are willing to manage the painting ourselves.
This situation is causing significant mental distress, and we kindly request your prompt intervention to facilitate the return of our deposit amount. Your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated.
