Nagendra filed complaint against Lenskart on Jul 28, 2021
My order date is **th July. I have provided all the necessary information including Eye-Power Prescription. It was supposed to be delivered by **th July.
I contacted lenskart to look why it is not delivered. In return I get this bizarre explanation that my prescription is computerised which is not accepted by lenskart.
I asked for the policy details that where it has written that we can not upload the image of computerised prescription since they ask it in image format.
Interestingly, the prescription was provided by lenskart store(Mirzapur,darbhanga) as I got my eyes checked there itself. At the store I was clearly told that I need to upload this prescription while placing the order.
So either Lenskart Store or Lenskart Customer representative is making the false statement.
After a week delay they are arranging a call with Power-check team which is also not yet placed.
I am filing this case for the section of Fraudulent and misleading the customer for money withholding.
