Pharmeasy - Fraud of millions everyday

I usually order medicine from Pharmeasy, and kept that on one place. Afterwards, few medicines are not required, I returned those. Later I found they refunded me ****/-(approx) less. Reason is the batch no. Not matched, but the medicines are same. According to there return policy No. * I can't return the medicines if code doesn't matched. I ask them to return my medicines, they denied by saying they don't have policy to return back that mismatch products. I checked, nowhere written about that policy. Now, they kept my medicines. Everyday thousands of people doing such mistakes and million of money the Pharmeasy is making. This is not legal. Its a huge scam Pharmeasy making millions everyday.
