Ishan agrawal filed complaint against Realme on Dec 4, 2020
I have purchased Realme buds * from Amazon.in of black colour . There was sound problem in left ear so I arranged call me service and got it replaced for green one. It took them one month to deliver the product. The product received was having some damages in the wire near miç. As they eat up almost one month of me and earphone was necessary for me to study for CA exams so I tried to visit my nearest service centre and they said it will open in a week. When I visited their after Diwali, they told it was a case of physical damage and I have to informed them immediately. Then I arranged call me service and they said it was physical damage and we can't do anything so I fed up and said ok return me the product but they said they will charge ***rs as diagnosis charge or else will not give the earphone back. My earphones was under warranty. They said that call service guy should have informed you about that charge and if he didn't we cannot do anything . I said to them that I will appear before court but afterwards they ended my call and not answering since then. When I read about diagnosis charge, it was clearly written that it is for phones and out of warranty product. I want my earphones back from Realme without paying any cost. And as compensation I want it to be replaced as it filled me with several tensions and trauma. These Chinese companies try to fool Indians thinking that they are Illiterate and can do nothing.
