Hello Concern,
My name is Nikhil Dhingra and I have booked a car from zoom car. My booking was about to start from * am on ** Jul **** but when I reached at the location to start the trip, the app asked me to enter the OTP (received at owner’s end).
I was continuously trying to call the owner from the app but the host was not answering the phone call.
Ultimately I have to cancel the trip.
Since then the app offered me to book another car as a replacement but other cars was also not available.
I have wasted my * hrs in this. I need a full compensation which I have paid at the time of booking.
The experience is very disgusting.
