Country Holidays Inn & Suites - Fraud done by the company

I m writing about the dissatisfaction we faced
Chis (Country holiday inn & suites). The company gave me false promises and I purchased their membership. But when I tried to use them, they denied for most of the things committed at the time of payment. They take customer's money in advance and promise to provide a hotel room whenever needed in certain places in the world. I paid a huge amount to this company. This company promise us to provide ** star properties but always provide us with ** properties

it's become an impossible task. Multiple follow-ups have been done with no success. The company don't have owned properties. I feel cheated. Horrible and painful experience. I need an immediate refund for the money that has been given to chis. I have paid ****** for this membership with amc extra. Almost ****** for nothing. I need to cancel the membership.
