Make my trip - Fraud Done by Make my Trip Hotel Booking

I Have Booked a Hotel Through MMT App in Gangtok Sikkim Which Check inn Date Was on ** Dec **** with Advance Payment and i was Provide with Hotel Detail and Booking confirmation With Reference No. ***************** , As i Reached to the Location and surprisingly found that the Booked Hotel was not Available there, as i contacted MMT customer Support Team Immediately after two and three times of connecting to there agent they have taken Property owner on line , as i spoke to them i come to Name that booked Hotel (Hotel O Leaf Inn )is not Available in Whole Sikkim and i need to reach another Hotel Which is Hotel Pine Leaf as i was with my family i Reached there and after * hrs of Waiting they Denied to Hand over the room Stating That O leaf inn booked Hotel Has been Renamed to Hotel Pine leaf and you Have booked With O Leaf inn , So we can not Provide you the Room , As i have called MMT Agent they Assured me that they are Going to Resolve the issue and i need to Wait as I hv Waited there for Long and Meanwhile Called Several time to MMT agent but They Did not Provided any Hotel and did not provided any Property Due to This Whole nigh My Whole family including Two Children Has to Live on Road in the Cold , Due to this Our whole Trip Has been Spoiled and after this i Have received a Call from MMT after * days Stating that your issue has been Resolved that you Have not Reached to the Hotel. i need to file proper Legal notice to Them with Full Compensation.
