I have been contacted by an executive at Videocon d*h informing me that I will be given the movies active channel no. *** free for * month. He said I will not be charged any money for a month. But right after the activation of this channel, I discovered that money has been deducted and my due date reduced drastically from **/**/**** to **/**/****. Firstly I tried calling the customer care but nobody picks ever and never connects too. Secondly, I mailed them many times but no reply or actions taken to resolve the issue. I am very frustrated. I am being looted. Never ever buy Videocon d*h.
