I had purchased * years annual maintenance contract of Aquaguard RO Enhance for rupees ****. * months are still left for the completion of AMC. For last ** days my RO is not working and also there is no positive response from customer care executive. I have been trying for last ** days. I have made atleast ** calls to them but every time they say that we will resolve your issue in next ** hours but till now no response from them. The problem of RO starts with their technician who is very unprofessional and cheater. Earlier RO was working but when I booked a service request and after he done something Unprofessionally with RO and the RO stop filtering water and when I call him about this issue he told that your membrane is not working you have to pay **** rupees.
Earlier also he had taken *** rupees for cartiage changing.
Also In starting I had requested company that don't send this technician named Atul because previously also he had created blunders. He installed the cartiage whose seal was opened already and also may be some duplicate items.
He work very Unprofessionally and now company is also not responding.
So kindly refund my AMC contract amount of ****+***.
