Pratik Jaydeokar filed complaint against OYO on Dec 26, 2020
Dear sir/ madam
This is the second time that such an incident happened to me. After booking and receiving confirmation from oyo thrice yesterday when I went to the hotel today morning I was denied check in saying they have no tie up with Oyo. After calling customer service most of them just disconnected my call.
one lady spoke to me for ** minutes and her only response was that Oyo can't do anything except refund the money. she wasn't even ready to update saying it was not in oyo policy.
After upgradation I was given a hotel which I didn't like at all. Horrible service.
I immediately checked out of the hotel but no refund issued by Oyo for this inconvenience!
I have sent **+ emails but no response from Oyo.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
