I have booked * ticket through Intermiles as redemption booking for **th June ****. Payment and miles both have been deducted and booking was on waiting. I spoke to customer care and they said it usually confirm in *-* hour. If money and miles has debited so ticket will get confirm. After that I have booked my return flight through Intermiles again for redemption and miles which got confined. I have booked hotel and Can accordingly and have paid for that. After * hour, I got noticed from Intermiles that my booking has been cancelled and I will get my miles and money soon. After that they have increased fare for same flight so it is clear that they have manipulate their system as they knows that person has to travel so they have to book onward journey. Because of that I have to pay either higher amount or have to cancel my whole trip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
