Cleartrip - Fraud and Mental Harassment

We've been simply trying to change our flight dates for trip ID: ***********
*- there is no option for customers to change flights online by themselves and they've to rely on all fake and expensive option offered by ruthless customer service agents
*- we've made multiple calls for endless hours clear trip does nothing but finding all illegal ways to make more money....
*- when we call customer care with flights options they say, it doesn't reflect on their system and the options they offer are * times expensive than a new flight altogether (what is the point of rescheduling)
*- when we ask for manager to come on call- the executive say there is no manager available and we never get a call back
*- we've been staying up till late at night and trying to sort this but it's turning to be a biggest nightmare to deal with clear trip. we're getting traumatized by their pathetic service, false promises and stunts of making more money out of nothing

Please help. its our hard earned money
