Eureka Forbes Aquaguard - Fraud and fake product and ridiculous service by Eureka Forbes

I have a Eureka Forbes aquaguard, with stopped * days back, their technician came and said the candles are faulty and disappeared. The AMC was just renewed before * months for * years by paying rs *****, and candles were changed before * months, if candles are faulty in just * months, if means fake or faulty candles we installed by Eureka Forbes.

Now, it has been * days, and we are left out of no water, there is no one who got in touch with us from Eureka Forbes, the machine is not fixed, no communication nothing.

This is sheer fraud.
