Make My Trip - Fraud and deception

Dear Sir/Madam
Recently I booked flight tickets online with MakeMyTrip from Kolhapur to Hyderabad. While booking, on make my trip it showed **kg baggage and *kg hand luggage. (Please see attached evidence). Once I made payment, the ticket showed *kg and **kg.
I called MakeMyTrip and they said they will verify with air India and let me know in ** hours. Then they called me and said I can carry ** kg and * kg. I asked to email me in writing. They sent me in writing (evidence attached). But when we went to the airport on **th February, I was shocked and panicked as the Air India staff denied the writing of MakeMyTrip. They refused to take the luggage. I felt cheated and harassed first by air India but air India staff explained its fault of MakeMyTrip. I faced enormous mental stress at that point as I didn’t know what to do. I called my family member and gave him the excess suitcases and organized it to be sent via travel on an urgent basis (evidence attached). I was charged Rs. **** as I had to get it the next day as I had the flight to Melbourne @ **:** am the same night. I spent another Rs. *** to retrieve my luggage but do not have the receipt as I used local rickshaw.
Apart from financial loss, I suffered more mental harassment and stress because of fraud and deception by MakeMyTrip. First, their website showed false ** kg and * kg. Secondly they lied by sending an email that it’s okay when it was not. It would have cost me Rs. ***** for around **kg excess by air India.
I kindly request you to relive my situation as to what would have gone with. I kindly request you to help me with this and to send the correct message to make my trip that they cannot continue with such fraud in future.
