I am not even in a stage to explain what exactly happened to me as i have been explaining this to cashify team on calls and mails but i think the whole team and company is a part of scam . On **th jan **** evening i have been a part of scam done by cashify team and the guy who came to pick up phone fooled me . I have received a phone call for a phone pick on which i said yes you can come and pick it up from my home as i was on highway coming back to my home . My father handed over the phone to him and in order to talk to me cashify guy used my father phone to communicate with me . My phone was a brand new * months old samsung s** phone under warranty like a brand new phone fully laminated with not even a single scratch on it and it was quoted for **,*** with samsung exchange . Now in the process of taking my phone from my home he said its all good sir we are paying you **,*** right now and rest of the amount will be paid by samsung as there is coupon applied by samsung. He tricked me by saying this on which i have asked him no as per the cashify application you should give me the full price quoted as per no problem in my phone and i have never heard that samsung will pay me rest as per their coupon is applied . I have asked him again and again that where is this written on which he said uts not written on cashify it is written on samsung and this is all was happening while i was driving . I got alerted when he said that samsung will call you in ** to ** hours for confirmation that i have given the phone to cashify then they will pay you rest of the amount . While he was tricking me to do all this at my home i was still trying to call cashify to make sure what he is saying is correct but when i have called cashify call didnt land to sell department it landed to sales department on which they have given me the number for sell department and have also arranged a callback . Now in the mean time he have shared me with code from cashify to put **,*** and was thinking that may be what he is saying about rest of payment is right . He tricked me and took my phone and then i have received a call back which was arranged by cashify on which when i have asked them about payment part then i was shocked where lady said that my battery was having problem. My screen was having issue and so on . All of that was completely wrong because my phone was a brand new * months old , i was just exchanging it with a new samsung galaxy s** i have never realised this thing will happen with me i am feeling helpless now . After explaining cashify again and again what happened with me on mail and calls i have still reached no where because they are saying your phone was requoted because of screen problem where cashify guy who come to pick my phone have never told me that i have any problem because my phone was not having any problem he tricked me by saying rest samsung will pay you . I want my whole amount quoted to me because while taking my phone from my home no one ever told me about any requotation or any problem in my phone because he tricked me by saying we are paying you ** k and rest will be paid by samsung . I want strict actions to be taken on that guy who did this to me , i will also take out video recording to find that technician and i want my **,*** which was quoted to me as my phone had no problems also the phone shared in video with fault is not my phone . I am feeling helpless after being scammed by cashify , my mental health is disturbed after this first and last experience with cashify . I will never recommend any one to use cashify ever
