Gurjot Singh filed complaint against Zomato on May 5, 2024
I ordered momos through zomato and I took only one bite of it and I could see hair in the filling. I tried reaching out to zomato via chat support and sent them a picture as well but their useless chat support gave me an automated prompt asking me to write an email. They waste their customers’ time by asking to write an email even when they have a chat support available.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
