I purchased Nokia * plus in June **** from Nokia's official website but that product was defective. After a lot of emails and calls, in Dec **** they replaced my phone with another one. But the new set which they sent to me was already used by someone else. The seal was broken, there were lots of scratches on the set, a broken screen guard was already applied on the phone. Now again I am continuously contacting them but they are not giving me a satisfactory reply. It is now * months, but I didn't receive my proper phone yet.
