I purchased AC from reliance digital store ajmer on ** april **** and installation completed ** april ****. After installation ** april **** i get cooling issue. I inform installation technician. After that lockdown start then they are unable to resolve my issue. According their bill they give * days replacement. I want replacement but they say that they repair it. They * times gas charging but cooling issue not resolved. After some day they say compressor is defected and we replace compressor. I say if you are confirm then replace but after replacement issue not resolved then you replace whole unit but they are refused it.
So it mean they are cheating me so i want replacement/refund
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
