I have ordered a food on **/**/**** with order I'd:********** if Rs.***/- for which I did not receive the order and it is marked as delivered in app and I haven't received the refund yet.Always customer service representatives are asking me wait for ** which I did already but no response from them.very worst experience I had with zomato, all other companies will resolve the query immediately expect zomato guys. I want to file a case on zomato people.The delivery boy was very rude on call and all chat representatives are useless they are sending me to wait for ** hours and disconnecting the chat.No responsibility towards the customer query. I have been harassed by zomato.Please file a case.
